The dude has been in the right spot a lot of times but he is a damn good OC... But that's what he is best at... Some are just better as a coordinator and NOT an HC.. If Kiffen is smart he should stay at Bama as long as Saban is there... He is a BITCH to work for but winning makes things better for Lane... Weiss is a brilliant OC, Just not HC material... I have a guy that will also be a great OC... Major Applewhite....

That was a typical SEC coached game. First half is usually for feeling out (game seems close), then adjustments are made and arse kicking begins.

I heard that a player killed himself last night after the game. Any truth to that?

MSU has a damn good defense.

that's it. there are several teams in the country that would have battled bama better last night.

their coach is like les miles; he just doesn't understand you are not going to run on bama. they don't need to load the box.

MSU should have been ranked 4 instead of 3. I don't know who else you would have put in the playoffs.

But Alabama just recruits so well that it has more talent than almost any other team in the country. I've wondered if there are any violations going on though.

MSU almost lost to an Oregon team at home. A QB with a broken finger and a dog shite D. MSU isnt/wasn't that good.

Picking Bama to win this game was an absolutely EASY choice.

Lol, no.

Ohio state should have been in there instead - they've proven that they can give Bama trouble.

A team like MSU isn't built and able to beat Bama. Same issue that LSU has. They are built just like Bama. Just smaller and slower and less athletic and Bama just overwhelms every single team they play like that.

Did they cross the fifty yard line at least?

I can tell this guy has been paying attention to Saban teams the last couple of years. Ohio St and Oklahoma and all.

Not a fluke. Michigan State tried to out-power Bama. They basically used LSU's game plan without have the speed LSU has. That is never going to work against Bama because they can run thier base defense against those teams.

Coupled with the fact that Cook is not even close to elite. Cook is a career 50% passer in a league with weak defense. Those overthrows were normal for him.

To beat Bama you have elite qb play and speed. You need to run the ball by attacking the edges. Look at what Ole Miss and even Auburn did to Bama and execute that. Not run up the middle for no gain.

Michigan State was tailor-made for Bama.

The Playoff committee really fixed this.

Just like Stanford and LSU.

No mobile QB and very vanilla on offense and relies on D to win the game.

Bama can be beat and there are quite a few teams with funky offenses that would have given them a real game.
