You cannot queue up or pre-call a TO. You would assume both Jackson and Minter had both informed the officials that they would be calling a TO at the moment the ball was down and to be looking at them. I would think they would both be making the TO motion even before the ball was dead. If the refs that were informed were looking the TO would be called instantaneously with the dead ball.

Need to see a replay of when the timeout was called synced with the clock. I bet it was 0:00. Hopefully Jerry sends this to the league. It’s Brazil so expect 3rd world results.
