just in this match he went after the ref and said something along the lines of “good job man, you made yourself famous” He’s a spoiled asshat who regardless of titles will never be Fed or Rafa. That eats him up.

Djokovic made more in endorsements than Rafa last year. He's just as big if not bigger than him.
Now Federer, I agree is on another level in terms of fame and popularity but there's no shame in that.

I think he is a little phony and is a bit of a dick. But, he's learned to act with some class to ingratiate himself with fans and sponsors.
If you had told me when Sampras got 13 and 14 majors that three people would blow by him within 20 years, I would have said you're crazy. But, here we are. I kind of want Nole to win RG so that CYGS is a possibility.

This is surprising. There's gotta be more to this. Maybe Rafa is more selective in his endorsements (I don't know just guessing) I feel like I can say with certainty that Nadal is more popular than Djokovic though. Nadal is actually beloved by many. Novak not so much outside of Serbia.

Way more money in eastern Europe than Spain. I bet that has alot to do with the discrepancy in endorsement money.

Same. The thing with the chair ump today was certainly avoidable, but it wasn't that big of a deal.
I really like Thiem, though. Would have been nice if he didn't choke it away.
