Awe man I was watching that Hamburg Open live when that happened. I was always a huge Steffi Graf fan but I respected Seles even though she invented the grunt I’ve learned to live with it.

It’s like Chrissy won’t give credit to Kenin. It’s why she needs to stop doing matches and do just interviews. Mary Joe is so better at matches.

Evert has been complimentary about Kenin coming from Russia very young and broke with her family and her work ethic. I can’t post links my bad but there’s a YouTube video of a 6 year old Kenin with her dad and she’s saying she will be a Grand Slam champion like Andy Roddick. It’s pretty funny she was locked in as a child.

That’s how you close a set. I get they love CoCo for obvious reasons. But Kenin is showing how she is a warrior. If she had Georgi type serve oh Lordy she’d be devastating

Check out her YouTube video on her history it’s pretty interesting. They bolted from Russia when she was a toddler but Kenin stayed she wanted to be an American. Sharapova came here too but her loyalty was to Russia. Lenin won me over with her back story and her upset of Serena at Roland Garros. There’s no way Sofia should lose this match up 3-0 in the third.
