The Rooney Rule! Just doesn't seem right to me.

I don't think that any team should be forced to interview anyone. I wouldn't think it was fair if the rules were reversed and all teams had to interview a white coach.
Rooney Rule - (short version) every team that has a head coaching position open in the NFL must interview a minority candidate.

I think it's only fair that historically black colleges interview at least one white candidate.

It seems more racist to bring a colored guy in for a sit down to shoot the shite knowing he doesn't have a chance than not bringing him in and naming the coach that gets the job.
