Funny how you pick the one year the patriots didn't make the superbowl and the fact that their division was actually .500 or above.

The Saints get the Panthers and Bucs twice, the Cowboys get Redskins and Giants twice. What is the difference?

Pats made the Super Bowl in 2016, and the other teams in the division won 22 games

If you want to compare Non division winner records since 2000s, you won’t like the result

It's funny how Saints fans make up stories that aren't true just because they are jealous of the Patriots.

Not taking away from Brady and Belichick but they have always been part of a cupcake division.

Yeah I think both things can be true at once without diminishing their legendary status.

You have cherry picked 2 seasons out of 20 and think you made a point

Please, post the Jets, bills, and dolphins record since 2001 and compare to the panthers, bucs, and falcons

They won't like the results. lol

I am amazed people start threads without researching things first.

I guess that's what jealousy does to you.

You look it up , I love pointing out people being emotional and not bothering to look things up first.

Because this year's Dolphins team might be the worst team ever. And the Jets aren't much better. Look at the OP. I'm just referring to this year.

Only 5 divisions can say that.

OK then explain why their record against their division is the same as their record against the teams not in their division.

The prevailing reason people say UCF isn't legit is b/c their conference schedule is too easy and they wouldn't be able to make it through the grind of a "real" conference unscathed. If you think that about UCF or Boise you must also use that logic for New England.

Also, one would have to look at the records of their non divisional opponents to gain a clear picture of how difficult those games were.

Apples to oranges.

The gap between the best college teams to the worst college teams is far more massive than the NFL gap from 1st to last.

AFC East has the best record in the league since 2001 when you take out division winners

The Jets, Bills and Dolphins have three of the worst winning cots in the entire nfl since 2001

That’s really our only point.
