My lowest was a 9 and I cannot play to it right now. But I get so pissed off with somebody plumbing that 2 footer for a triple. Our group does not play for enough money to matter. And a triple is worth no stableford point and hopefully your two man partner is in for something better.
Slow play is just irritating -- especially when we have weather like this. It's hot and humid here, I'm surprised that we haven't heard a siren yet. I'm in Fairfax and it looks as though the storm is on top of us.
