Not sure what you're referring to. The other day Ryno was claiming to routinely hit all of his clubs further than tour Pros on the reg. Search for the Taylormade R11 thread...I think it's in there.

Ok so the leaders have made/about to make the turn. TIME TO MAKE SOME PICKS.

Who ya got winning now?

I'd say after the eagle Clarke can hold on. Wouldnt be mad if Phil or Clarke won.

shite you're right, McAvoy shot that 62 in the US Open. Phil needs 61 to break it.

I bet Old Tom Morris is turning in his grave right about now! (in an old british accent)"This is not what scoring at the British Open should be!"

Remember when after Friday there was about 50 players within 5 shots of the lead? This field sure has thinned out. Clarke and Mickelson got some birdies and eagles before the rain moved in. Big advantage for them.

There was a thread, maybe on the OT, where someone said that they played a 500 yard+ par five. Drove the ball to 130 and hit his wedge way over the green. My memory was that it landed in the clubhouse. Maybe it was another TD stud.

I say phil plays amazing golf and goes 35 on the back. This is a tough course paying in horrible conditions.

Same poster, different thread. Same idea though, search for the R11 thread, said he carried his stock 3W 270 yds and so on. It ended with him inviting everyone to Texas to come play with him to verify.

True...But I believe he won one of his at like +6/7...It's kinda like the US Open, they want Scoring to be as high as possible to show they are the hardest major to win.

What course even has a clubhouse that is situated close enough to a green that someone could fly a miss hit in to it?
