Why did you skip Robinson as a first round hit/miss?

jenkins: miss
porter: on the border

Holy shite. You're typically a good poster, but that's fricking awful. Just because Jenkins didn't end up playing CB doesn't mean shite, he was a fringe Pro Bowler last season in his first year at FS. If that's not worth the 14th or whatever pick, I don't know what is. Porter was a fricking beast the SB year, OK last year with NO pass rush and in a system that puts a lot of pressure on CBs to play man and play well.

But I'd take him over Ryan Matthews

No way Ingram goes over Matthews if they were in same class

At least we tried to go defensive when we should be.

JOrdan is solid, sure but the Saints need a pass rusher.

Did you not notice that Sharper had a pretty OK year at FS?

Bowers, they can get a back in 3rd-6th who will work for how they use a RB

We had to play him at corner. We had injuries and Darren sharper was playing at an all pro level at safety.

too early to tell, esp since he was drafted to be #4 on our depth chart (which is really no fault of his own)

I would like to see the Saints get Ingram, but the fact is our most glaring hole has been defensive line and getting pressure on the QB. Our offense is still one of the best in the league and I doubt seriously that we lose our top 4 backs to injury again

I think Rogers will help out the entire line with the pass rush.

then why wasn't he backing up sharper? why weren't we developing him there to replace sharper?
