That video is trash and just goes to show that these sports leagues have had creative lawyers over the last century.
Bottom line (as with every argument about the NFL being fixed) is that there is no evidence presented. This guy is selling the possibility that they CAN be fixed because there aren’t laws against certain carefully curated aspects he chooses to mention.
