Apparently he made "multiple mistakes" during his evaluation in the game against the Bills.

Look at the Pro Bowl. They’re just speeding up the process of converting tackle football to flag football.

3 people with shared guilt.

Team Doctor
Head Coach who is ultimately responsible
The Player

The Dr and HC cannot let the player back on the field following an obvious concussion. Someone has to have the balls to say no.

The Player has to not feel responsible for a loss if sidelined, thus the need to place himself in situation where a more serious outcome maybe inevitable.

The NFL has to take Concussion Protocols away from Team Trainers and Physicians.

Listening to Tua say “I didn’t have a concussion. I’m fine. Let me go back in the game.”

The NFL has 20,000 pages of Bountygate evidence.

The person who got fired was an “unaffiliated neurotrauma consultant”

They should probably use independent doctors, right? I’m sure that will work

But I thought it was just a back injury.

Nonsense. His job is to rely on the medical expertise of his training staff and NFL specialists. If he’s told Tua isn’t concussed then he has no business overruling. He’s not a physician.

The whole purpose of protocol was to remove decision-making power from the coaching staffs
