App said -1. TV said -3. Then Tirico said Sergio is -1. Then the app goes to -3. Now the TV shows -1....shows a clip of a shot....then immediately shows a leaderboard with Sergio -3.

It doesn't really matter when you tell them. They're going to be pissed either way.
I'm not saying he was penalized btw, just going by the only source that I have.
