You had to expect something close either way. That gives them about 5.5 hours to finish before dark.
Yeah I wasn't paying attention. When SVP gave the schedule this morning of 1pm broadcast on CBS I assumed that was close to the last group going out.
Oh well. Nothing getting done today

Tried it. Too far behind for my taste.

Yea it's a pretty sweet feature but not perfect. It's really good if you want to follow less popular guys but it's a bit behind and redundant if you're wanting the leaders or big names.

Tiger may need to go to a longer driver and a less-spinny ball if he wants to keep competing. Fowler just flew it 15 yards past him.

No commentary on a course with no fans/patrons plus choppy video clips makes it feel like you’re watching someone’s 2-min YouTube highlight.

I'll just choose to believe that 15 yards beyond Tiger was 15 yards too far, strategically.

Eh I think it’s intentional, he calls it a slap cut. Tees it down a bit and just hits in the the fairway

ETA: and in reality the only hole it really hurts him on is 5, but that hole is a monster now for anyone

If you watched any of the golf channel "My Game" videos on Tiger, he said he intentionally plays the ball further back to give him a better shot of making the fairway. He said he'd have no issues carrying the ball 300-310 but instead chooses to play a cut with less distance most of the time. It has less to do with his ball and driver.

I believe this is the one LINK

Ricky should probably change balls and 5 irons based on these approaches.

Completely losing his putting seems like a bigger issue

Maybe so. Would be nice to be hitting 7 and 8 irons into greens though
