Where in the draft does Hurts go, and should he be willing to do that which Tim Tebow was unwilling to do? Play the role of a situational RB or TE (assuming he can catch)?

Perhaps with NFL coaching he turns into a more viable every down QB, but I doubt it.
I think someone takes a flyer on him and tries to make him a Taysom Hill type.

There are elite level players who played TE all their life that can’t play TE or WR in the NFL

Isn’t saying much but I thought he had a slightly better game vs LSU than next year’s consensus top pick.

Do we know Tebow ever tried? I thought reports were he was just dead set on being an NFL QB or nothing?
Taysom Hill is another example of a converted QB. It’s not about just playing TE specifically, it’s about being serviceable in whatever position a team may need. Having a creative offensive mind like Payton obviously helps.
Both Tebow and Hurts are freak athletes, so I don’t buy they couldn’t find something outside solely QB...IF they were open to it.

Tannehill switched from WR to QB.
Not saying it's a sure thing, but it's also not impossible.

I thought I heard during the saints playoff game that sean was interested in tebow for that role but tebow just wasn't even interested in even trying it out.

I'm really interested to see what happens to him. Part of me thinks the success of how Taysom is used helps his stock but I not enough to shoot up the boards. He's definitely getting drafted, right?

I'd like to believe the position switch impossibility. But so many college QBs has swapped positions when they reached the NFL, that its silly to reject without consideration. All of them weren't super quick or fast either. It really depends on the guy and how dedicated they are. Hurts might be able to stick a couple seasons as a FB on a squad somewhere. It's happened many times before..
