..wayyyy too many proud programs mashing each other to pieces week in and week out..
..and this league is looking to add more.
The old P5 BCS structure with NIL and the Playoff would work better in the long run, IMO
*Don't be surprised when things come full circle, baws*

Kiffin has taken a ton of shite for saying this in advance. It's obviously true.

None of it is. Programs running huge deficits across the country isn’t sustainable. Why do you think they expanded the playoff? They’re bleeding money. We’re getting The NFL College league sooner than later.

You're getting downvoted but it's true. The SEC consists of 8 programs that have won national titles since the BCS era started. They all have reason to expect football greatness every year and pride in their program tradition. Then you have most of the other teams like A&M, Ole Miss, Arkansas, Kentucky, South Carolina, Mizzou that expect to at least compete or not be outright jokes even if they don't have delusions of winning natties (a few in here do have such delusions though).
They cannot all be successful at the same time because they all play each other every year and the wins and losses have to go somewhere. So there is going to be a pecking order. Someone used to being at the top is going to be in the middle or even sometimes the bottom every year and some of them will be there perpetually and that's going to be hard to swallow for many fans every year.

We spent billions just to build a machine that crushes most of the conference into an 8-4 team
