How good's their medical, in general? It sounds pretty solid. A friend of mine (bright kid) told me around college decision time he was going to Kent State, and I was shocked, but he said he can become a doctor in only 6 years, or something.

That is a hard arse program to get into, they only take like 50 kids so props to your friend.

If it's the program I'm thinking of, it's a group of schools Akron, Youngstown and one or two more that are in partnership together.

Other than that, there's not much else besides the college of nursing (top ten in the nation).

I went to Kent State! Its not that bad of a school guys. Tri-Towers was a blast. And yeah "the 7 ideas that shook the universe" was a wild class. That proffesor and his crazy Hawaiian shirts was hilarious. He made it fun though.

Flamable river...nice. When I go back there, I need to have that brew from the Great Lakes Brew Co. I tried Edmund Fitzgerald, pretty solid stuff they brew up there.

I may take a stroll through downtown (even though it's been under construction since when? ) and check out some old buildings...I'm a sucker for that shite.

I actually liked Cleveland, it grew on me. People there are tough and very respectful. I love bluecollar guys and girls that accept the fact the rest of the world thinks their town is shitty, but they love it anyway.

Great Lakes Brewery is truly the greatest thing about Cleveland - check out their "Brewpub" if you are in the area.

Oh how I've missed the Christmas Ale over the past 2 holiday seasons.

That's another thing I loved about C-town, was Christmas. Out of my entire life of spending Christmas in either a tropical or desert climate, it was nice to have a traditional, wintery type town to celebrate in.

Where is it at? The only time I tried their stuff was at some sports bar (legends?) across the street from Jacobs Field...the hell with the new sponsor name.

What other good establishments are in the area? Someone a while back mentioned the Winking Lizard?
