Law is an idiot who likes to go way out on a limb so he can say I told you so the few times he's right.
But that wasn't the point of this post. Where do you guys see Viz fitting in with the bullpen? We know that Venters gets the 8th no matter what and EOF gets the 7th about 95% of the time. Does Viz get the 9th if there is no save situation? I just don't see where he fits into the flowchart.

Hopefully there is no flow chart, but we know that isn't going to happen.
Give him some 7th, 8th innings. Give Medlen some 7th innings. Allow lots of rest for others.
If this bullpen wears down with those 5 guys in this bullpen, I will put together a team with the sole purpose of murdering Fredi Gonzalez.

I just hope O'Ventbrel stays under 200 total innings pitched. That would at least be progress.

We may have a bottom 5 system next year. If we don't make a trade or two.

I know we probably shy away from trades within the division, but we should deal Jurrjens for Harper and Rendon and call it a day.

I don't think so. We're going to have some guys step up this year and bolt up some rankings IMO.
We aren't going to have the top talent we do now, but we'll have good enough depth to be ranked well enough.
Drury, Beckwith, Kubitza, Milligan, La Stella, Terd are all hitters other than the usual Bethancourt, Simmons, and Salcedo I think can shoot up the prospect list with good seasons, and these will be the main guys I am keeping my eye on.
As for pitchers, Espinosa, Carlos Gil, Perez, JR Graham (who Law already had in his top 10), and Dimasther Delgado are all guys who can make a name for themselves as well, to go along with Spruill and Gilmartin.
The organization has some legit depth in the minor league system, just none of the top 10/15 prospect types that we've grown accustomed to the past 6 or 7 years. This season will go a long way into getting some of those guys I mentioned noticed.

Pretty much, and he also completely refuses to admit when he's wrong about a prospect. So I wouldn't expect him to change his tune on Freeman and Beachy. Having the Braves out of the top ten grading prospects is just silly. Though we will probably drop pretty far once our top three move on up.

It will be really interesting to watch Drury and LaStella this year. Hopefully Drury can continue to make that nice contact and develop a little bit of an ability to take a walk. And hopefully LaStella can continue his strong first showing last year. Terd could be an interesting Chipper replacement in a couple years if he can manage to play okay defense at 3B and continues to improve with the bat.

Thank you MSU.
ETA: We should already have Rendon in our system.
