How you Advanced-Stat'ers who wanted to send Gattis to AAA laughed at my suggestion!
WTF did advanced stats have to do with people wanting to send Gattis down? Once again you are just pulling random shite out of your arse.

I haven't watched him pitch, but really nice fastball and changeup from what I understand. Has silly numbers at AA, groundball and strikeout pitcher. Keeps the ball in the park really well, giving up a HR about once every 50 IP or so in the minors so far.

Dammit, send minors arse down

Kinda blows my mind that Hank White is still playing.

We are going to have to call up Rev or Janish soon and most likely DFA Reed.
Playing with only 1 extra IF is pretty tough on Fredi when it comes to using Pena. Any injury on the IF after Pena has been used and we're looking at Freeman at 3B and Gattis at 1B.

The decision is easy if you are picking who is playing the worst of the guys on the bench right now.
Francisco has more potential than CJ, he might or might not ever reach it but the Braves front office was really high on him so I'm sure it wasn't "easy" for them. Johnson is obviously playing over his head.
The fact of the matter is Gattis played too well. He wasn't supposed to fit in on this roster. He's earned his spot, which has led to tough decisions for the front office.
Being correct about the Braves needing to cut a third baseman doesn't change the fact that you are a dumbass. Constructing incoherent arguments and being ignorant about how baseball rosters are constructed makes you a dumbass.

Only spot it's really an issue is for Simmons, and if Pena is in the game somewhere he can always just slide over.
Posted on 5/30/13 at 7:29 pm to auyushu
WTF is gong on with Simmons lately?
Posted on 5/30/13 at 7:29 pm to auyushu
Simmons is having a rough week defensively.

Pena pinch hits or is used as a defensive replacement say at 3rd.
Uggla gets hurt. I assume Pena slides to 2nd, who plays 3rd?
