Crappy loss, bad luck with Stras going out since we hit him so well. Julio deserved better tonight, hopefully Huddy has a strong game tomorrow.

Well in the end, Strasburg against Iran wasn't going to be a win but a 3-2 loss in this manner sucks

Braves were 2-0 in Teheran/Strasburg matchups this season prior to tonight.

Not sure how you figure that, we typically own Stras and Gio, and won our last Julio vs Stras start. Almost every batter in our lineup tonight hits Stras extremely well.

Now our team as a whole had like a .600 OPS versus Stammen coming in, and it showed. Second time this week we've sucked balls against a relief pitcher functioning as a starter.

Has there been a shittier FA signing than BJ, not including pitchers? Serious question. I'm not trying to be sarcastic. Obviously you have guys like Zito and Daisuke who were signed to massive deals and proceeded to be mediocre on a good day, but I can't recall a position player being this much of a flop. I would seriously PH Huddy right now before BJ.

Yeah but Teheran has been getting an unfair amount of run support, that's why I don't value won loss record as much as ERA

He almost literally has no chance of getting a hit at this point and is waaaayy more likely to strike out than even put the ball in play. 2/3 of our extremely talented outfield has shite the bed thus far and JUP has been in a big slump recently, too. Not looking very promising at this point with Uggla's problems too.

It just burns me up that we finally go out and spend money and this is what we go after, you have guys that have hit .300 every year of their career and this is what we do and we add him to Uggla on top of that

We are two months in to a 5 year deal. A little early to judge.
