You know the point is to enjoy the sport which is entertainment? Does your livelihood change tomorrow given the result? Use the team as an outlet to enjoy games and the sport.

Try and get the wild card. Getting a week off in baseball while the team you’re playing is getting playoff baseball reps isn’t like a bye in football. A well oiled machine can still have trouble starting back up after you turn it off.

People were convinced we were invincible. I was convinced we would lose because of pitching. Ended up being the lineup oddly enough.
We will likely learn the wrong lesson, shore up the offense, and lose because of pitching next year
