I don't know how much stock to put into that WPA but it's nice seeing Orlando at the bottom of the entire league.

If we truly are resetting the tax, that’s how teams across all sports tell their fans they aren’t competing for a title without actually saying it.
Call it negative, but it’s true.
ETA: I guess I understand it considering Acuna and Strider won't be ready to start the season and even when they get back, it'd be insane to expect them to just be their best selves after such a long rehab. Hell, we already know it's possible that Acuna may not be back to his best self until 2026. Meanwhile, I'd like to believe we get similar versions of Sale and Ozuna from last season, but their careers have been so volatile in terms of availability, who really knows.
Like I said, I understand why now would be the "punt year" to regroup a little bit, but it just sucks because it looked like we were set up for a nice little run after 2021 and all we've done is fallen behind both the Dodgers and Phillies since and it appears that will still be the case this season. We kinda botched this.
