Uggs could take a walk and hit an occasional homer. Elliot doesn't do anything well. This was my exact issue when they announced Elliot as the starter. If we had a better option, I'd be ok sitting a Uggla but we didn't.

What's stupid about the whole BJ thing is that we gave him the money because we assumed Bourn outpriced us, only he took a relatively cheap one year deal with Cleveland.
Also, where the frick is Schafer? I know it would be a lefty/lefty matchup, but I'd rather him pinch hitting over BJ regardless.
