Dude came off a World Series and turned a roster that had an MVP-caliber anchor in the middle of a young core and made sure to systemically break it apart year after year on a consistent basis.
It's why I laugh at the people wanting to get rid of Ronnie. All it means is that AA will try to replace him with a Lane Thomas or Yaz type and try to gaslight the fanbase into thinking he's a genius.

There are three things you are supposed to avoid when making a trade:
- Make your roster older
- Make your roster more expensive
- Make your roster worse
You can still have a good trade by ignoring the first two if it means your roster got significantly better, but AA said frick all that, give me Sean Murphy.

The line for Miz looks pretty good but that outing was a bit below average compared to what we’ve seen out of him this year. The control issues were a bit unlike him and his velo was down. Just one pitch over 101. I expected him to crank it up since Sale was as on the mound for the Braves.
