Why is everyone hating on Rose's chances? He's got good history at Augusta, right?

Interesting. He's up by 4 shots, though.

It looked like a rake to me. He is just better at it because he is a pro golfer. Kind of a dumb rule but I do believe he violated it intentionally

Depends on the time of day but the worse of the two is downtown atx to buda. I can get to a ut basketball game from hays county where I work in 20 minutes

The morning commute will be about 45min-1hr pre covid but they are finishing all the construction on i35 this year so it may be better. Nighttime same thing.

Gridlock from basically slaughter to downtown in and out during rush hour. I hear it’s fricked again. I live in southwest Austin and reverse commute to hays county and my ride is easy breezy

I did take mopac the other day north in the morning and it was clear but you have to take the toll off 1626 which can add up

Buda has all kinds of cool shite now. I stayed at a hotel during the snowpacolips(?) cause they had running water. They have bars and restaurants and social stuff. It isn’t just a cabellas and Cracker Barrel (tyfys)

And manchaca (with an a) is blowing up and you can easily get to moon tower, armadillo den, and such if you are worried about social life. Or go out 967 to nutty brown for concerts and stuff. I’m just glad the transients settled Wilco first and didn’t realize how much cool shite we have down here

The housing market here is fricked beyond belief. You may consider renting for a little while unless you want to bid against Tesla transplants. My parents neighborhood someone recently bought $150k over asking cash because they were sick of losing offers.

East is the new development east slaughter all the way to 183 but their isn’t shite out there. Went to a buddies house and it is nice, new but they are basically in the country. Not shite. I don’t know your situation.

Bel terra doesn’t have shite and there are $1m homes out 290 towards dripping springs

I don’t know what you situation is but buda Tx is a nice place and unfortunately is going to keep developing and adding lifestyle options if that is an issue. Austin flight is coming in a big way over the next few years. Just hope they go to round rock and cedar park

Stark contrast to last year’s Masters where the field went in dry on Augusta National. I feel like this is the way it’s supposed to be.
