I've seen harder courses in the quad on a Tuesday.

Which it isn't
Ok.. So tell me on the regular PGA tour...Which course that they play on EVERY YEAR is the hardest?????

Is it still supposed to rain tomorrow? Could be tough tomorrow particularly with more challenging pin positions.

Why are you moving the goalposts? And how is that relevant? Almost every year wherever the US Open is played is more difficult than Augusta. There are several courses that qualify

Do any of you remember the 2007 Masters?
They can make AN difficult enough without growing 6+ inch rough but it's not what they want the tournament known for.

I mean the weather had as much to do with that tourney as the course
ETA: Augusta isn’t easy, but it can be when conditions are right. All 4 par 5s are basically gettable in 2, and some pins you just aim for a spot and let the ball feed down to the hole

To an extent yes, but the greens were the most firm I still have ever seen them over there. The ball sounded like it was landing on a pool table and it's a sound I haven't heard out there since.

Imagine Augusta with US Open rough
It'd be impossible.

Very true but they don't even have a primary cut period giving a lot of relief and a big advantage to players that can hit the ball a long way. There's not a single par 5 on the course that most players can't reach in 2

Little known fact. Augusta National is not affiliated with the USGA, has never been officially rated.
While all OTHER PGA tournaments, majors included, are given set directives of maintenance before a tournament, Augusta National does their own thing.

I have never said it wasn't... My point is....Is that The Masters is played on the same course EVERY YEAR by basically the same players... So please tell me why its such and easy course when Jack has only 6 and the GREAT Tiger only has 4??????
This is a VERY HARD course... I still can't believe you think otherwise.....

You specifically said the other day it is the hardest tournament to win
And your actual reasoning was, and I quote, "because they call it The Masters"

Depending on conditions.... Which change everyday there... NOW IF you were to have 4 straight days of perfect weather with little wind???? I would agree it would take a bite of of the course... But this isn't thecase now is it....
