Lemme mull it over with Chicken and Fred.

It's my duty to please their booty.

Really cool story on TGC right now about Ben Crenshaw in the 95 Masters.

Eta: nevermind, what a tease. That being said make sure to get your DVR's ready for next Monday to record Crenshaw.

Went to the practice round today. Classiest event ever. I will try every year for the rest of my life to go back

The feeling you have there is amazing. Everyone is on cloud 9 being there. People are nicer than hell. The course is the most beautiful thing ever.

I got to experience some thing that you probably don't see in a normal round like caddies fraternizing with the public. Some pretty funny stuff.

Also it took reed 3 tries to skip it across the water on 16. Hahaha

Freaking amazing experience

I didn't know until I watched the tease that Ben didn't have the 8802 putter in the bag that week. Makes you wonder if Ben would have won had he not changed putters.

I had no idea either. That putter was his money maker and to switch like that is shocking to me. Mr. Sayers definitely has a big part in Mr. Crenshaw's life, but I didn't think it was big enough that Mr. Crenshaw would use his putter

That week was really just incredible. I wish I would have been older at the time, but Mr. Penick was a great man and a great teacher and I'm so glad Mr. Crenshaw was able to honor him with a W.

What's the TV schedule for Thursday and Friday? Are our Augusta National overlords going to let the peons watch all day coverage?

ESPN 3:00-7:30 Thursday and Friday

Masters.com starts coverage around 10:45 Thursday if I'm correct. That's what you want to be watching until 3:00 (and even once ESPN coverage comes on, double screening is the way to go).

Did it surprise you to discover that the topography is significantly different than what you see on TV?

I agree. I think he's going to have a great week. It seems like all of his issues have made him realize that he needs to change his style and demeanor on the course and just get back to having fun.

You've seen a change in his demeanor on the driving range and the press room. He'll be the same old Tiger Thursday afternoon. Let's see how he performs under the pressure of competition. I hope he plays well, but it wouldn't surprise me if he played so-so and missed the cut.
