Hes borderline top 5 in the world at this point. Certainly top 10

Just read up to see Tiger's comments on it and didn't realize that they can use carts. It's been ages since I watched a champions tour event but I don't remember ever seeing them use carts. You don't need a special exemption to do it, they basically leave it up to the player. Good for them.

John Daly uses a cart every week.
I’d be shocked if Tiger played Champions Tour at all, much less regularly. And he’s said for ages he’d never use a cart

Yea I thought the same thing but saw the other poster mentioned that Tiger expressed interest in it and it surprised me so I did some digging. He really hasn't said anything public about it but Jack said that Tiger told him he planned to play on the senior tour.
A few years ago someone asked him if he was going to put in a request to use a cart on tour and he replied “I’ve got three more years, where I get the little buggy and be out there with Fred (Couples). But until then no buggy.”
What Jack said and that joke from Tiger is about all there is out there.
Side note, Jack won 10 tournaments on the senior tour. 8 of them were majors
