Dude why do you rain on everyone’s parade? I know the odds of me finishing even top 100 are slim but it’s exciting to at least finally have an entry that can compete for big money for once.

Sam Burns fell off a cliff to end his round. +5 over his final four holes

Hovland with a birdie on 18, that helps his chances.

I play PGA DFS all the time, you're going to hate yourself if you get excited about your lineups on Thursday. The disappointment of 5/6 on Friday is brutal

8-10

Cam Young is playing the best golf of his season right now. NE guy too, so it's someone to keep an eye on.

IDK, the only tournament I won I was in 1st place after Thursday.

I actually led coast to coast besides a few hours Sunday when others had people finish before mine.

My entries for this weekend are already blown with Lowry shooting +9. I'd assume if he was in the money on Thursday most of his guys are in a good position to make the cut, which is half the battle.

This looks like the 150 max $5 tournament which is basically a lotto ticket to hit Top-20

Is Brooksy going to win this thing?
The last time his coach got onto him like that, he won his first major.

Rahmbo is now the betting favorite.
I’d like to see another Rahm-Brooks battle like the 2023 Masters. I wonder what the narrative would be if that happens?

Rahm +550 (T6, -1)
Scheffler +650 (T49, +3)
3 at +1200
Morikawa (T11, E)
Spaun (1st, -4)
Koepka (T3, -2)

Dechambeau +1600 (T49, +3)
Si Woo +1800 (T3, -2)
Spieth +2200 (T11, E)

They set the line for Spaun R2 at o/u 73.5. Still might take the over at -115

Somebody from over par will shoot pretty low in the morning like spaun and get to -1 or so and the afternoon will come and these leaders will drop down to -1 so the lead will be held by a current +4 to Even player. IMO

Leader is prob around -3 or -4 tomorrow.

There were 11 players under par after 1 round in 2016, the leader was -4. All that is true after 1 round this year except only 10 are under par.

Only 2 finished the weekend under par in 2016. We’ll see how things turn out
