I know that. This event is not a PGA Tour event. Blaming the PGA Tour for it is absurd.
NBC and the USGA deserve the blame this week. Other weeks we can blame the Tour for their terrible coverage.

Every network that shows PGA events are just like today. A select 5-10 guys hitting every shot + Tiger if he’s in the event.
A lot of guys walking around between shots. Showing people 15-20 seconds after a shot, etc.
