It reminded me of some Michigan luck plays with Denard
That 2011 Michigan team Hoke’s First year would have been hated too if they had gone a little farther
Soooo many lucky bounces our way and arm punt catches/touchdowns and teams going full retard against us.
Ohio state spiked it on 3rd and 6 after wasting 15 seconds on that final drove in their loss to us
We and hoke lucked out that year

2011 Bama is my #1. They’d be my #1 even if I wasn’t an LSU fan. The hatred for them was almost unanimous.

was younger, but don't recall this. rewriting history because of clarett/tressel careers after this?
TOSU was in the title game because y'all lost to Zook.

Pretty sure they were already ranked higher. Even if UGA won that game, they still would have been in the Sugar

02 Ohio st makes sense because they’re probably the worst bcs champion and got lucky on a few plays that season (weird 4th and short Hail Mary for a td against Purdue iirc, pi against Miami)
John Navarre missed an open TD pass against them on the second to last play of the Michigan game too. OSU won 14-9

Brady Quinn was a smart QB

Why is 93 Notre Dame hated?

They were also given a redo during the national championship game after they lost

Wrong. Y'all were ahead in both the AP and BCS before Zook.

Odd choice for a hated ND team.
I can think of at least three or four that would be more hated over the last forty years.
I can think of 35 or 36

i meant people hating them, not the team itself or the fact that uga blew a chance at a natty by losing to florida

Side question on this team. What happens if Major Harris doesn't separate his shoulder on the third play of the Fiesta Bowl?

I hate the 2012 team because it was a fraud, and that was before the fake girlfriend or the fact they vacated their wins from that season.

They were gifted wins over Stanford (Taylor scored on 4th) and Pitt (ND had two guys with the same number on the field when Pitt missed a game winning FG) and their "epic" goal line stand against USC came in a game they would have won even if USC had scored. That was a ridiculously soft 12-0 team and there were at least 5 SEC teams better than them that year
