What’s bullshite is they got a 12 and Belmont got an 11. Yeah I get playing in the first four is a major disadvantage but Murray State was a better team this year and should have got an 11 and the play in should have been for a 12.

Poor Jacksonville State won 24 games in a conference with Belmont and this Murray State team. And they didn't even get an NIT bid.

They’re a hard nosed bunch but without Morant they probably don’t get the bid. They can struggle when they come up on a physical team that has the athletes to run with them.

Oh I agree. Everything runs through him but when he puts them in position they can knock it down or finish at the rim. They really move the ball well.
The fat guy is a hoot to watch.

Morant occasionally makes some decisions that are just mind numbing but this is the most complete offensive performance I’ve seen in the tourney in a long time. He is just carving up Marquette and the entire Murray State team is involved.

That behind the back pass from a few minutes ago is an example of what I’m talking about. That’s a play that if you aren’t Ja Morant on a Murray State, you’re getting your arse chewed out.
I can’t really heap much more praise than the most complete offensive performance I’ve seen in a long time, so I’m not criticizing him.
He set the tone for this game by creating offense for his teammates from jump street. The guys around him are so involved that people are making posts and threads about how good Murray State is as a team. That’s the type of thing you want from your PG, make the people around you better.
