Last I saw, they were getting an arse whipping at home by OSU and I was so hoping it would be the other way around.

OSU arguably has the best secondary in the country. It’s basically a three way tie between them Alabama and Us.

When Texas turns the ball over in two of the most stupid ways possible on their first and fourth total plays from scrimmage they are going to find it extremely hard to beat them. Even though they have been able to come back in this game.

I am not really impressed with OSUs offense though.

But my final thoughts on Texas, they have one of the top 5 most difficult schedules in the country without a doubt. IMO based on what I have seen tonight 9-3 could easily be in the cards for them and if they lose to Oklahoma somehow 8-4. Which should be a fireable offense by Sark but who knows if it will be

Without the drops in the first half Texas could have won by a couple of scores.

Without turning the ball over twice in the first four plays from scrimmage they likely would’ve.

But they did and they didn’t.

Texas is a really really good team and as I said I think OSUs offense tonight left a lot to be desired.

I just think with how difficult their schedule is 9-3 could be in the cards. It’s possible no SEC team reaches 10 wins this year.

If one will I think we are most likely too because by SEC schedule standards ours is pretty easy this year and we only play 3 games outside the state of Georgia

I’m far from the first person to make that observation or have that opinion. The SEC 9 game schedule has basically all 16 teams in the conference all having to experience a murderers row at some point during the season.

Have you seen schedules like Texas and Florida for instance?

UGA has one of the easiest SEC schedules this year and only have to play 3 games outside the state of Georgia so if any team is going to hit 10 wins we definitely are most likely.

But we, again having one of the easiest SEC schedules this year, have to play Oklahoma at home, bama and Ole Miss on the road and Florida who is gong to be a solid ranked team this year at a neutral site.

And again this is one of the easiest slates for a SEC team.

Texas and Florida in particular have absolutely insanely brutal schedules

FPI has yall with the 7th most difficult SOS in the country

PFF has yall with the 6th most difficult SOS in the country

Texas is number 1 in FPI SOS

And number 3 by PFF SOS

Idk much about PFF, but according to their metrics we were supposed to be really good the past 2 years, record was 12-13

But isn’t fpi that espn bullshite?

Texas does seem to have a legitimately tough schedule this year

All we have really are @texas and vs UGA

3 cupcakes (FAU, FCS Campbell, and FSU) for OOC

No Miami, lsu or Tennessee

Instead Kentucky, SCar (might be good), OU (not sure but not as good as it looked on paper at the start of the year), vandy, and at Auburn (might be tough due to JH voodoo but Auburn is rebuilding).

Not a cupcake schedule but compared to the last two years is pretty easy

FPI is espns formula yes. I find it pretty flawed typically which is why I didn’t use solely it.

PFF doesn’t project team success like FPI purports to. It grades overall roster talent which Florida has has pretty stacked and talented rosters even when sunbelt Billy was sabotaging it

Florida has a losing record spanning the last four seasons. They weren’t a serious threat to win 10 games with an easy schedule. They’re a bottom feeder these days, basically South Carolina

Texas gave 10 points to Ohio State in the 1st half(fumble on 1st play, stupid 4th down call in their own territory before half) and cost themselves 11 points(2 dropped TDs, 1 which turned into an int)
