TCU's defense is good, but TAMU would probably be the best offense they've played this season

They'd match up pretty well. It would be fun to watch. I think Bumpas would make the right adjustments for TCU to win. TCU's kickoff coverage is MUCH better, so field position would be a bigger factor.

They haven't exactly played anyone.

Their D is impressive because they play against Big 12 offenses week in and week out. I'm sure I'll get flamed for this, but overall Big 12 Offense > SEC Offense.

Is there anyone that really thinks Texas won't get destroyed by Alabama?

That wouldn't have happened to the A&M students way back when who covered kicks.

He turned his body as if trying to avoid the collision...at least that's how it looked to me.

I suppose through the air. You can name a lot of big 12 qb, but not many running backs. Which the main reason why Texas had only allowed 4 TD rushing all season. The big 12 isn't much of a running conference all around.

the trouble with this argument is Big12 fans will say their offenses are better while SEC fans will say their defenses are just way better

Lately in bowl games SEC teams have shut down the Big12 high flying offenses (cotton bowl, ncg last year)

eh there is evidence for both sides

you don't really ever "shut down" a big12 offense though
