That's weird how the show courts always seem to be slower there. I laughed at your other post about Murray because every time we think we get a read on court speed, someone mentions balls, weather, or some other element that confuses the analysis.

I get what Murray is saying about how he likes fast courts. He is like Hewitt in that he is a good counterpuncher who can redirect power.

Meelosh with the nice 4 and 4 win on Sam. He has a sideshow bob curly hairstyle going that looks way better than the old dracula thing.

Gotta take back what I said. Can't believe it but these courts are actually fast, at least the outer ones.

Breaking: Isner probably headed to a tiebreaker.

Big Kev/Shitsi and Goffin/Coric later.

My brother claimed this tournament signals the end of line judges. If they can make hawkeye widely available, perhaps.

Yeah I think this is good and speeds up the game big time. I will miss the drama of challenges though.

Guess that gives the little folks a chance again. I see Cornet and Goffin just went through.

Have they changed the number of challenges? Or they just don't have challenges, hawkeye is calling everything?

This. And there's a voice synced up calling balls out.

Shapo/Struff in 3rd set now.

Murray/Zverev starting shortly.

Novak and Thiem on the schedule too.

Murray is currently winning 81% of his SECOND serve points vs. Zverev. It was 65% against Tiafoe too. This was always his biggest weakness, and it was magnified vs. the top players. Still way early and obviously small sample, but if he fixed that leak he could be a problem, and soon.

You watching? His 2nd serve looks good?

ETA: He must be running out of gas. Let's see if he breaks to stay in it.

Didn't watch enough to gauge his serve. He had this match in hand a few minutes ago and just fell apart. Alex about to serve it out.
