Now they are hating on Novax for staying in a private home in NYC.

I saw a mention of that on Talk Tennis and wondered how he is pulling it off. If he is in the geographic bubble, who cares. I sort of hope he tests positive, though, to watch him go crazy. He called criticism of the Adria Tour a witch hunt.

Novak is renting a private home just like Serena. Has to pay for around the clock USTA approved security to ensure the “bubble” requirements are met. Of course the tennis media blows up about him but has no issues with Serena lol. The media hate and bias is beyond laughable at this point.

I have many questions. The first one being...

2019??

Yeah, if it had been Rafa and Novak in the final, what do you think the odds would have been?

Assuming you mean 2020.... I’d say somewhere around Novak -375 ML / -6.5 games.

No, I meant 2019.

I think the physical, grueling match against Medvedev last year really took a lot out of Nadal in the weeks following the US Open final. Maybe he's having nightmares about a scenario where he makes a run to the final and loses to Djokovic (likely).

I think this is a fair point.

He's had it before. There's no scientific basis for believing he can get it again in such a short time frame.

Depends how they looked in the 5 or 6 matches before that, of course, but with both guys at 100% I would say Novak -225.

That Ohio State baw Wolf and Petr Korda's kid qualified for the Western and Southern Open main draw.

Foe and Murray, Shapo and Cilic, and some other decent matches today. Grandstand is the main court.

Yeah I don’t understand why people are freaking out about djokovic and this virus. He clearly rightfully feels like this is being overplayed. So what a couple of prime athletes tested positive at the Adria tour and it didn’t work out. They all are fine and back in action. These young athletes should play where they want and the insane media should stop the witch hunts.

First set to Sir Andy against Tiafoe. Some scratchy tennis out there.

Hmm, I think they are letting them take some time between points. But, I haven't been paying really close attention to court speed. Opelka and Fritz are through, so I don't think it's too slow. Hopefully, BG will chime in on this.

Yeah it's a clear witch hunt on Novak

Dude goes off site and the world melts about it but Serena does the same thing and is applauded for it

They really hate them Balkans
