Not sure if Thiem can win next week on this surface, and we can safely rule out Zverev. I'm guessing Novak, Med, Shitsi, and maybe Raonic or a surprise like RBA in the semis.

You can do that but I'm just referring to the manual running parlay.
Example:
Joker to beat R1 scrub - $100 to win $5. Now you have $105.
Joker to beat R2 scrub - $105 to win $10. Now you have $115.
Do this until the final and you could end up with more than if you had put $100 on him at +110 or whatever pre-tourney.
Upside: You can back out whenever you want if he picks up an injury, or if you just aren't feeling it.
Downside: If the draw falls apart he'll be like -2000 every match and you won't make much.
