Haha. It was pretty funny. That weird mix of a top 10 player's match being televised, but on one of the off courts you would expect to see a junior's match.

Jeff Sackman’s prediction for career slam totals:

Djokovic: 20.34
Federer: 20.26
Nadal: 20.22

LINK

ETA: I worded that wrong. It's not Sackman's prediction. It's him using a forecasting model.

Hard to turn off. So does Nike sponsor everyone in the wta? Seems like every player is wearing the same outfit.

Nick just beat on the chair ump for not getting him white towels quickly enough (the tournament towels apparently aren't absorbent enough for him).

"We talked about it and I told him to concentrate on tennis more," Zverev was quoted saying by German wire agencies at a press conference in Hamburg.

Lendl's new dog is getting a lot of his attention, added Zverev, along with his coach's fondness for golf.

"Sometimes we go to the tennis court, the training is two hours long, and for half-an-hour he stands with his back to me talking about the way he played golf the morning before," Zverev said.

Lendl: “I have a lot of belief in Sascha who is still very young. I think that one day he may become a great player but currently he has some off court issues that make it difficult to work in a way that is consistent with my philosophy."

Time to jump on the Shape train, he found a hat that fits his head. Unstoppable now.

Just took him to win the 2nd set when it was 2-2 since I (luckily) forgot to bet prematch. Total degen move. I wasn’t even watching.

Is he on fire?

Can we get Shitpants and Shapotrash to lose on the same day?

Tommy Paul had a break in the first, but Fog took care of business after that. Time to figure out the next path that Paul can take to make that big move to top 100.

eta: Paul did move up to a career high 112 after qualifying and a 1R win at Montreal.

Bunk what's the word on the court speed?

Thiem winning twice suggests it's slow.
