It's just absurd.

Everyone knows Michigan cheated from 2021-2023. We may not know the extent or how that impacted things, but seriously that obviously happened. It's why Harbaugh is gone, and why there are documentaries about the cheating.

I would say Day outcoached Smart for the majority of the Peach Bowl. Smart made some great calls, but I think most felt Georgia was an overwhelming favorite going in, and OSU was dominating until their offensive skill position injuries added up. OSU lost, but that's a game where both teams played hard as hell and bounces happened.

Day lost to Bama in 2020, but maybe every other team in the last 20 years would have lost to them too.

He's a damn good coach, and has kept OSU as a top 5 program annually. They haven't won, but some of that is luck, and some of it is taking advantage of opportunities. OSU has had bad luck on the OL this season, which may be their downfall

I don't see Tennessee being able to score enough points here to win
Their offense has been fairly average for the second half of the season

The arrogance of Tenner fans on the SECr is making me pull for Ohio St.

If you read their fans postings on their VOlNation Message board, they act like they're a dynasty like Alabama.

The mass exodus of players when they fire Day is going to be glorious.

Who the hell are they going to hire? Lanning isn't leaving. Heupel isn't leaving. Maybe they'll turn it over to Hartline

I’m sure it’s bad. I’m already over the idea of them taking over the Shoe and playing Rocky Top on all the juke boxes.

It’s really not. What has he accomplished in his 6 years so far that would make moving on from him crazy?

Hell, the highest rated recruiting class in Ohio State history is about to leave with their highlight accomplishment being almost beating Georgia in a playoff semifinal.

He hasn’t made a Big Ten championship game since the COVID season, has completely reversed momentum in the Michigan rivalry and oversaw the most embarrassing loss in the history of the rivalry, hasn’t done shite in the postseason and actually had horrible collapses in two of them.

Day doesn’t control kickers making kicks.

The kicker didn’t blow a 14 point lead in the 4th quarter.

And you can’t keep shielding Day from kicking/special teams issues. Ohio State’s special teams have been a disaster under Day. Continually having unreliable kickers 100% is his fault.

Michigan has 2 first round DTs, or first 2 round guys. Tennessee doesn’t.

Tennessee’s defensive line is every bit as good as Michigan’s imo. Pearce is likely a top 10 pick in the upcoming draft and they are 3-4 deep across the board and constantly rotate these guys.

Pearce is very good. They don’t have grant or Mason though.

I think this is a low scoring game where Ohio state wins like 20-9.

I think overall for sure, and they are better than Michigan at the edges. But OSU ran running fing dives into 2 first round DTs probably 10 times a couple weeks ago.

Why are people acting like the cold weather is an issue? Football is an outdoor sport.

Kickers are head cases by their nature. Ruggles was 17/19 going into the UGA kick and 7-7 40-49 yards so it was a bit outside his range but he was one of the best kickers in the country.

Fielding was 8/9 going into the Michigan game and was 7/8 in 30+ yarders.

Again, I'm missing where Day has had terrible kickers and being unreliable. They missed huge kicks, but how the hell can you expect that based on how good they were the rest of the year

wait, what? you mean Ryan Day, who chose to score a TD instead of kneeling the ball against indiana with the gameclock under 40 seconds?
