It is all you have dick! I have never been a Tebow is great or good fan, but defend his ability over you haters.
He is a winner and beat the Steelers who thought like you, that he can't throw a lick. He beat their arse, you dumbfrick!

I question the validity of these "sources". Regardless, haters are gonna hate whether he was leading his team in the playoffs or barely getting a chance to play.

I've never understood the Tebow hate, but have always been adamant that he could not succeed in the NFL.
Winning a first round playoff game is going to be his crowning acheivement at that level.
He's a Flutie type of success in the NFL.
If he would give up the QB position, and accept an H-back type of role, he could stay on a roster for several years.

He threw a 5 yard pass to a Bronco's receiver who took it 75 more yards to beat the Steelers in OT. You could've made that pass to win that game. Before that he was beating average to below average teams in the NFL. He took the Broncos to the Playoffs by barely winning the worst conference in the league at the time. I can go on, but ask Tom Brady how well the Tebow played the following week

What a bitch move. They should fine the shite out of him for that. Randy Moss pulled that shite in Oakland and was crucified by fans and the media for it.

You are dumb. It was not a 5 yd pass, you idiot.
He beat playoff teams w/ a subpar defense and a subpar receiving core.
Orton 1-4, then Tebow on the fly won!
I see spread option QB's succeeding these days behind good running backs and good defenses.

You got to be fricking kidding...the Broncos defense was great last year. Von Miller was having a substantial year. The receiving core was shite because they had no one throwing to them. Kyle Orton was garbage wherever he went, your point is invalid...Tebow beat the Jets, Miami, Oakland, Chiefs, San Diego...no one creams their pants when they beat those teams

So what you're saying is "yes, he beat the Steelers arse"
You're right on that one.
You're right on that one.

So being 24th/25th in the league in defense is "great" to you?
You are fricking stupid!

If he starts on an NFL team and becomes an elite QB, an warrants all this necessary hype...come find me, I'll be the guy eating my hat...I'm out.

Don't let the truth get in the way of your hatred of him. You're saying you can throw a ball 25 yards downfield, hit an NFL receiver in stride, dropping the ball in over the linebacker in a high pressure situation.
You hate him because he's a better athlete than you'll ever be, and a better man. Admit why you hate him, without having to lie about why.

I think Tebow has done a brilliant job of self promotion so far.
1) Go to New York and get some Tebow for Tivo commercials? Check
2) Wash out after one year when coaches see your skill set? Check
3) Get another chance with another franchise desperate for attention the following year? Check
If he went to the Jags instead of the Jets he'd have missed out on steps 1 and 3

Easy there compadre. Not all of us have any kind of hate for the guy. Equally some people aren't drooling all over every move he makes.
I actually felt bad for Tebow this season. And I am one who has serious doubts about his long term prospects as QB in the NFL. However, I did feel that the Jets completely misused and misled him when they brought him to NY. Everyone knew he looks like crap in practice, but they should've at least given him some opportunities in games.
Having said all this, if you are Tebow and you have made your career just as much on what you have done off the field than what you have done on it, check that more so... you don't pull the crap that is suggested in this article. Tebow has always preached TEAM FIRST in every single interview he has done. It is supposedly what he lived for in college (it is that famous speech that is enshrined on the Florida campus) and what he says he can bring to a team; this is one of the things that makes him a winner! What? I guess only when things are going his way. When things are unfair (and yes, Tim I agree you were treated like sh*t by Rexy and Co.) its no longer about the team.
A sign of true character is on display when things are at their worst.

I don't see the problem. I hate Tebow but if I were him I would have told the Jets to frick themselves too.
Posted on 12/23/12 at 10:46 pm to classictiger
yeah wtf is the logic in that criticism anyway? why be jealous of tebow in particular if you are a regular fan? he's a great athlete but so is pretty much everyone in the NFL - why would someone be jealous of his athletic abilities in particular compared to the other hundreds of guys you could pick?
