Kansas hoops under Roy Williams

best team in the country multiple times. best team he's ever had anywhere is not even captured here because they lost in the sweet 16 ('97). '98 team could have won as well.

one of '02 or '03 should have won.

and then he goes to unc and wins right away with someone else's players. absurd luck for kansas.

Hard to believe and he’ll never get it either. Sucks

It's dumb how WS home field used to alternate between the 2 leagues. 97 Indians had the best record while the Marlins were a wildcard team but got home field.

He's still got plenty of years left but I'm surprised Rory still hasn't won the Masters after his epic collapse like 15 years ago.

Sham ran the second fastest Kentucky Derby and fifth fastest Preakness of all time - and finished second to Secretariat in both races. Probably would have fared better in the Belmont (perhaps won) without being pushed to hang with Secretariat during his legendary run.

Great horse, wrong year. Probably a Triple Crown winner in most years.

Thank God for '95, otherwise the Braves would be such an easy answer.

I'd venture the same with the 09 Saints, if it weren't for the one ring the Brees/Payton era has to be up there in massive potential but yet annual disappointment.
