On this website it seems like most prefer college ball. I think it's a southern thing. Probably has a lot to do with people going to these big time football colleges as well. I just always preferred NFL.

I like CFB a small bit more than NFL, but yeah. Most southern states prefer CFB while northern states prefer NFL. I could watch either all day, though.

The college football atmosphere is better...from the chants, bands, etc. But the actual football part isn't even close.
