If I lived in NOLA I'd be going for sure. I always regretted not attending the Patriots / Rams Super Bowl when tickets were similarly discounted.

If you're in or near the 504, I'd argue it's your civic duty to attend and bring some liveliness to the crowd. This should be a great game.

There's probably going to be a fair amount of empty seats. You could get some nosebleeds for $40 (after fees) and sneak into the lower level super easily. I think only the club sections check aggressively.

Sections like the 300 level corners and endzones (great views) don't check.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say security might be a little tight today

Yeah I deleted that part. I used to always dress nicely when I was "upgrading" my seats - this was before they had easy scanning technology for the club levels and you could con your way in.

A lot of folks are spooked and don't want to be in a crowd in an enclosed dome, and who can blame them? Also, probably the majority of UGA and ND fans had flights back home today. Really sucks for them.

Having said that, if I were in NOLA today, I'd for sure be there.

had been planning to go last night, but i don't feel like dealing with all the extra bs that's prolly gonna go on. gave my tix to a buddy.

i don't go to games very much anyway, definitely not gonna deal with heightened security. i know it's kinda bad of me to skip out on ND playing in nola, but i'd rather watch the game from my living room.

was just gonna go because i thought it was a novel thing to do, still is i guess, just not worth it to me. going to games is a pain in the arse.

We have a black DEI FBI agent with a nose ring, a dyke police captain, and Latoya in charge of our safety. Ain't going anywhere near NO

I'm there with you. I've been to one game in person since 2019. Kids and life make it not worth the hassle to drive 8.5 hours each way from Nashville in 3 days when I can enjoy the game in HD from my couch. I'll go to our game against Vandy in Nashville next year

i don't have the drive time excuse, but going to games is a drag to me. if i still lived on julia i'd prolly go cause i could walk, but if i have to get in my car for anything it becomes a pain in the arse. i haven't seen ND in person since you guys wiped the floor with us after the 06 season in the sugar bowl.

Given the rescheduling they'll probably be giving them away free. I expect to see lots of empty seats. Lotta people's travel and hotel plans probably couldn't be adjusted.

I think Georgia people will take over since they’re closer to home… driving instead of flying

Although ND is more likely to have fans in the area since they’re a nationwide brand in a Catholic metro area
