2 superstars who are going through teams like girlfriends. Sounds like a nice get rich quick scenario as long as you don't take it too seriously.

Wouldn’t Brooklyn have to trade for Udoka since he’s under contract with the Celtics?

I'm so glad the Pels didn't blow up the roster for KD

He's probably the best player in the NBA, but that Kyrie/KD/Harden team proved that sometimes it doesn't matter if the dudes suck personally

I didn't follow that too closely, but wasn't it just an "inappropriate" relationship, not an assault case?

This has solidified Durant as a dude with a Batman game but Robin leadership. He shoulda snatched Kyrie’s head out of his arse early on.

They would probably take a G-League player as long as Brooklyn took over Udoka's contract.

Harden and Kyrie Both got hurt in 1 series v Mil. KD lost to the eventual champ in game 7 in OT. That was gonna be a pretty cakewalk title for BKN without the injury luck MIL got.

I don't think Nash is a great coach (at least not at this point), but the Nets' problems go way deeper than him.

He's the scapegoat, and the organization is simply changing seats on the Titanic.

It started as mutual but she wanted to stop and he kept harassing her. So no assault but harassment nonetheless.

Yeah Nash wasn't ready even though they were a toe from beating the eventual champs a couple of years ago.

Nets should have seen it and fired him in the offseason but now maybe it'll work out with Jacque Vaughn, who has a ton of experience as an asst and was going to get a head coaching job somewhere soon anyway.

Not sure if this is sarcasm. They did well that year, but it's hard to say how much of that was the talent the team had or Nash's coaching. Maybe a bit of both. I know many Nets fans complained about Nash even during that season. Then again, fans are fans. They complain about anything less than perfection.

The main point I was making was that the issues with the Nets are deeper than the coach, regardless of whether Nash is actually a good coach or not.

Vaughn was already a full time head coach with ORL and an interim head coach for the nets in the bubble. I don’t think he is getting another shot at a permanent HC job.

as bad as that trade was, i think having 3 legit stars and have it completely fall apart is worse.

The Harden trade from rockets is every bit as bad as the Boston trade.

quote:

Rockets: Victor Oladipo, Dante Exum, Rodions Kurucs, 3 BKN first-rounders (22, 24, 26), 1 MIL first (22, unprotected), 4 BKN 1st round swaps (21, 23, 25, 27)

Nets: James Harden
