I don't disagree with you. All I'm saying is that a person should have the freedom to be stupid and say whatever he wants. It's called FREEDOM OF SPEECH. Now if he personnally hurts someone, that's a different story. People say dumb shite all the time. And where do you draw the line? Next week if Magic says all white people annoy him and he doesn't like being around them.....should he be banned for, life? No, of course not....those are his feeling and whether me,or,you like them or not does not matter.

HE just owned a team in a league where they dont want him anymore. He can own 10 basketball teams if he wants, it just wont be in the NBA. The NBA is a private company, they have the right to run their business as they see fit

He had that here. Unless I'm mistaken, he has not been arrested or threatened with arrest or confinement for anything that he said.

That isn't what this is about. You don't have to hurt someone to be a detriment. My only thing is, I don't think what he said was that big of a deal. I'm not even sure what part of his rant is pissing people off so much.
I had to sit next to a black guy in class today preaching about how pissed he'd be if his girl was running around with other guys like Sterling's gf does. He defended Sterling about as much as possible. He said he'd have a lot more to say than Sterling did if his gf was with that many white guys.
And how are wife beaters not banned? Or guys who commit actual crimes? Since when has beating up a girl been better than not wanting your gf to frick other guys, of any race.
