I never understood what the reason fo anyone to watch this show... Whats does it even do for people???? Two guys spouting off about shite ....How would this effect anyones life in any way... I ust don't get it... Plus they PAY them for this.... I mean how many people really watch this.. If so They are stupid/......

That's really far fetched, but I think he means that kelly wants yes men like belicheck has. Guys/personalities that won't try to outshine the team. He wants conformist and guys that are along the company lines. It's has worked for the patriots.
