Ah the classic “LeBrons teammates suck so he gets all the credit” argument (despite that rarely being the case) that alleviates him from any fault of losing.

Fact is Reaves is a on ball player who thrived with a guy like AD, same with Russell. Vanderbilt is modern style Rodman defender, who thrives next to Davis. Beasley-the standard 3&D guy usually on James teams doesn’t play much.

What James is doing-being more off ball & being more of a connector has him playing well. But these guys are very talented and building around AD is why the Lakers emerged after the deadline.

Leave it to a real Laker fan to point out facts to LeFanBois.

Yet not one single post from anyone saying “lebron is not top 10” as you claimed. Caught being dramatic, again.

I don't think you thought that one all the way through.

I’m not this idiotic, Lebron is obviously #2 all time, but another ring still doesn’t get him remotely close to #1

What would he have to do? Just curious

There’s nothing he can really do to make up for some past failures, but he’s done a great job fitting in with the post deadline Lakers.

So if he wins the next 4 straight, still not #1?

If the Lakers win 4 straight, AD will be in consideration for best ever, as he is their best player now.

But they won’t so this hypothetical is a useless question.

Lol. Do AD gets the credit even though he couldn’t win a title without joining LeBron?

Make that make sense

AD had 11 points in their loss this series.

A seriously flawed question that blows up your own argument. Using your question’s logic, LeBron James has zero titles.

Davis has led this team to the second round and on the brink of the conference finals with being the centerpiece to everything they do and the roster moves at the deadline-which I already posted about were made to build around Davis, because maximizing his talents gives them the best chance of winning. To imply that scoring 30 in a playoff loss is somehow a good thing, well even the great LeBron James would publicly say otherwise.

What Davis is doing is dominating on both sides of the floor in both series so far, while playing 40 minutes a night. He’s dominated the defending champs.

Of all lakers, he’s the Vegas favorite to win Finals MVP, including over LeBron James, because he is their best player.

I didn’t say scoring 30 in a playoff loss is a good thing, but scoring 11 is absolutely not “dominant” and “the best player on the team”

Of course they are going to build around AD, he’s 8 years younger than LeBron.

I also want to add that you are wrong. DraftKings has LeBron +700 for finals MVP. AD is at +750

If you want to do WCF MVP, LeBron also has better odds at +330 and AD at +350.

And FanDuel has AD +850 and James +900. So I’m not wrong.

With the WCF MVP AD is +370 and James is +410

The implication was there. The great thing about a best of 7 is that points don’t carry over.

This debate will be settled in the coming weeks. If the Lakers get Denver it’ll be tough for them.

Will arse blast Phoenix, though.
