Welp, great game.

Wish the Raiders could play half as good as either of these teams.

Thanks, maestro. I'm sure he forgot the rules..or mayyybe he was trying to catch a football and a quarter of his foot was out of bounds, which, you know...can happen.

I thought you only have to use a timeout for an injury inside 2 minutes if the clock is running?? It was an incomplete pass, why did they take the Ravens last timeout?

What's the ruling?

Remember when Matt Leinart did this against ND in 2005 before Bush Push? Clock didn't start. My ND friend went AWOL.

I thought that as well. I have no idea why the Ravens would be forced to use a TO there. If the rule was properly followed, that is one dumbass rule.

Yeah I just checked to make sure I wasn’t crazy. The Ravens shouldve kept that last timeout. shite officiating again. Shittier head coaching for not bringing that to their attention. May end up costing them the playoffs.

I was hoping someone on here would have an explanation for that forced timeout. What's the point if the clock isn't running?

Probably. I've seen this same movie too many times for it to play out any differently.

in the last minute of a half, an illegal shift is treated as a false start, which would normally stop the clock. A false start in the last minute of the half results in a 10 second runoff, or a timeout if the offense has one. I'm pretty sure they could have retained their timeout and accepted a 10 second runoff instead.

I can't remember the last time I ever thought the Steelers were gonna beat the Pats.

Why would that change this week?

It's extremely unfortunate that Shazier had that injury, but man I didn't realize he was the lynchpin of the entire damn defense.
