Rule 52 – Slew-footing
52.1 Slew-footing – Slew-footing is the act of a player or goalkeeper using his leg or foot to knock or kick an opponent’s feet from under him, or pushes an opponent’s upper body backward with an arm or elbow, and at the same time with a forward motion of his leg, knocks or kicks the opponent’s feet from under him, causing him to fall violently to the ice.
Just read the rule book. It was cheap and that's why you are seeing the reaction you are.

Milbury is a hypocrit, everyone just said we needed to move on after handpass that ended a game, here he is like he was personally shorted on the trip, that had no bearing on the goal

Millbury was a crappy GM, but that doesn't change the non-call.
Like I said, I'm not even a Bruins fan. I just don't like seeing that on the biggest stage. It was a factor in the game and we deserve better officiating than that.
