I completely agree. I heard how Game 1 wasn't even sold out. That fanbase just expects a letdown and I thought we were gonna give them another.

Happiest for Joel Ward, even at our expense. Pavelski and Coulture were phenomenal all series and I'll be pulling for them.

Joel Ward is a national treasure. There is not a Caps fan out there who isn't pulling for him.

The Puck Daddy euloigies have been pretty lame this year, and I was nervous when a non-rival wrote this one, but the Caps Eulogy is pretty damn funny.

The Kuznetsov joke is the one that cut the deepest, if you were scoring at home. Or, even if you were alone.

Two great final match-ups,
Here's to some awesome Hockey......

It was difficult to know what the Lightning would bring these playoffs after being so banged up and inconsistent all year. They've surprised us, and we've got no complaints with their determination & grit so far. Now we'll see if the Lightning can beat one of the hottest team in Hockey now. They'll need to play great defensive hockey to get this done, that's for sure. Plus they'll need Drouin to keeping producing, especaily on those PP opportunities.

I'm hoping since the Lightning have already played two speedy teams, Detroit & Islanders, they'll be better prepared these east finals. To tell ya the truth, I actually think the Islanders where playing better hockey than Washington at regular seasons end. We'll see soon enough if this pays off or not.

Go Lightning !!!!

It's amazing how bad Kuz was in the playoffs.

Yes, he created some chances, but nothing to show for it.

Cheap hit from behind square in the numbers on Letang, by Callahan. 5 minute major but not ejected.

That's not a major LeTang knew he was coming and turned. I get why it's called but LeTang has some responsibility for that.

Who was the Predators top draft pick who was supposed to sign with them late in the season, but screwed them over?

Sharks and Blues are mirror images of one another. One of them will finally dump their underachieving label.

Why would he get tossed?

Seriously? There are hits like that every game. LeTang knew the hit was coming and he ducked. Callahan deserved a 4 because he followed through. It wasn't malicious enough IMO for misconduct.

Bishop tore his acl.

I don't think TB has got passed the red line in 10 minutes. Pens forecheck is destroying them.
