Both of these late games have been duds. So we’re back to only 3 games tomorrow night. Penguins/Flyers get an extra off day for some reason. 76ers played tonight, so that’s not why. I found it interesting someone scheduled the Wild and Timberwolves playing at the same time last night. Minnesota fans couldn’t have been happy with that.

The Preds can’t skate with the Avs. As long as the top guy’s keep ignoring all the extra bullshite by Nashville between whistles, they’ll be back in this.

Idk how much they can do with 23.75m locked up for at least the next 3 years on Getzlaf, Perry, and Kessler. Getzlaf is the only one who had a good season and he was hurt for a 1/3 of it. They’ll have to pay Kase and Mountour this offseason and Fowler and Manson’s salaries are going up ~6m too. They have one more year of Gibson and Miller only costing them 4.5m combined, then they’re gonna be in Cap hell.

I'm an Avs fan and I have generally favorable opinion of the Preds but that was as low class as it comes

They won’t even think about suspending him because it’s Subban.
As long as the Avs can continue to play disciplined and not retaliate to all the shite that the preds keep getting away with, I like their chances the rest of the series. There’s no question COL has been the better team 5v5 so far.
